Barrage {e}
Wailing Weapon - 10 sec interupts attacking foes actions
Warmonger's Weapon (Nightfall) - X sec interupts non-attacking foes actions

Both Skills will not be cancelled by Barrage and are not enchantments. If you have any doubts as to the effectiveness of this combo try it in Raisu's Mission or AB and listen to all squeaks due to interuptions.
